Installation with 5-channel video performance /colour, sound/, objects, text and drawings
The installation created for the G99 Gallery brings together a series of video performances, drawings, poetic texts, and embroideries made with antidepressants on household textile samples. It refers to imagined — yet, more importantly, faithfully rendered — places where taboo experiences pulse beneath the surface. The autofictional approach explores themes such as family memory, the healing of trauma, and the impossibility of escaping one’s origins. These subjects become catalysts for storytelling across multiple media.
It was created as part of the artist residency and exhibition titled Trigger Witness within the Brno AIR program, with curatorial support from Barbora Trnková.
